  • Entrata Terms of Use

  • We’re pleased to welcome cats and dogs of all sizes to our community. Each home may have up to two pets, with certain breed restrictions that apply.
     
    Fees
    A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.
     
    Breed Restrictions
    The following breeds, and mixes of these breeds, are not permitted: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Mastiff, Kugsha, and farm animals.
     
    Requirements
    Each pet must also be registered through Pet Screening, our third-party verification platform. A $30 per pet, per year fee applies.

  • Union Flats is a non-smoking facility. You may NOT smoke in the apartment homes, common areas, or anywhere within the exterior or interior of the community grounds.
