|Recommended: YesThe Best Apartments Around — This is by far the best apartments I have ever lived at. The staff the maintenance team just everyone here is so helpful and very friendly. They have a lot of different events they do for their residents so many things to do on the property. Fitness center nice clubhouse with business center. Beautiful pool firepit a grill. The apartments are definitely a five star place. Everything from inside to outside is upkept and gorgeous. Neighbors are friendly I love that it’s non smoking love having the windows open with no smell of smoke. I recommend choosing union flats as your place to live over anywhere else

|Recommended: YesThe Best Place To Live — This has been the best place that I have ever lived in. The maintenance is prompt fast and friendly. The office staff is super friendly also and answers back in a timely manner. Very clean place gorgeous inside and out. Would recommend union flats for anyone looking for a beautiful place to live

|Recommended: YesIf You Have Dogs, This Is The Place To Consider. — My husband and I are loving it here so far, we moved in about a month ago. When we first got our keys, we found a welcome gift, that even included a gift for our dogs. We appreciated that. The staff here has been friendly and professional.
We haven’t had to use the maintenance services yet, but we have seen some of the people out and about, and everyone has been friendly. They keep the grounds clean, and I love that they keep the dog stations stocked with poop bags and take care of the trash from it frequently.
This community is very dog friendly. There are two dog parks that my dogs love. Like I said before, the grounds are well taken care of.
If you have an issue or a question, the office staff is quick to respond and resolve any issues quickly.
We’re loving our apartment. There is the occasional apartment complex type noises, but nothing crazy. The AC unit can be loud when it kicks on, but your apartment gets to the temperature setting quickly and works great.
I also love that you need a key fob to get into the building, it makes me feel safe there’s that added security. The entrance ways hall ways in the building are kept clean.
I highly recommend Union Flats, especially if you have dogs.

|Recommended: YesA Great Neighborhood — It's an amazing place that I've enjoyed living in so far. I have only settled down so I'm hoping to interact more with staff and other residents. The biggest issue i've faced so far which isn't really an issue is how little parking space is available. I didn't think there'd be so many cars here, but I only have to park a little way away from the entrance. Besides that everything has been amazing, packages are easy to get and the entire environment is peaceful during working or daylight hours.

|Recommended: YesUf Has Been A Wonderful Experience — Everything is beautifully cleaned and well maintained. I don't hear a thing from the neighbors, it's a very quiet structure. Everyone on staff has been kind, patient and helpful whenever I have had a questions or concern. I am a senior citizen and change is not always easy, but it has been a blessing at UF.
