|Recommended: YesAwesome, Safe Place To Live — I love living here I like being close to all the major highways but still being in a quiet, calm area. I love how pet friendly UF is and how quickly they fix maintenance issues I was recommended by a friend, so I knew what my apartment would look like when I moved in but I was blown away still The apartment is beautiful and the staff are incredibly nice. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I can't wait for it to warm up so I can use even more of the amazing things UF offers its residents. I am so happy to call UF my home and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

|Recommended: YesVery Clean And Modern For The Price. — Compared to other units i've looked at in the area within the same price range, this is very modern. Haven't had any issues so far. Seems to be very well insulated as well.

|Recommended: YesLove Living In Union Flats — When looking for the right place to live, Union Flats continually stood out from other communities in the area. The staff has been so responsive and accomodating since moving in and I really love the friendly atmosphere here. Not only is the apartment spacious and modern, but everything from parking to getting packages delivered safely has just been so simple. While there is some daytime noise from neighbors and construction, I've found that those things tend to come along with most communal living spaces. Couldn't have picked a better place to live

|Recommended: YesUnion Flats Is A 10 10 — Union Flats is the best apartment complex I have lived in. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and courteous to others. I would highly recommend Union Flats to anyone who is looking to rent. Only knocks are you can hear your neighbors above you and next to you and the radiator is loud. Other than that Union Flats is amazing

|Recommended: YesClean, Modern And Safe. — I have only lived here for 1 month, but so far everything has gone smoothly. Management was friendly and accomodating to give virtual tours of the property and assist with socially distanced move in. I feel safe at this complex, and enjoy the large and modern living safe.
