|Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff Is Very Helpful — I had been living here for several months but eventually needed to put in a maintenance request. My request was immediately acknowledged and the team was super helpful, especially Matt. He kept communication going as there were several steps to the maintenance requiring different maintenance visits. I am very satisfied with the team here as they take their maintenance requests seriously and perform professionally in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Community — If you're looking for a place to call home, stop searching and come to Union Flats As a resident, I love everything about this community. The 24-hour gym saves me money compared to an outside gym, and I appreciate the courtesy coffee and teas in the beautiful clubhouse after my workouts. A business center is also available for residents. The maintenance team is the best – I had a few minor issues, and they were fixed the same day The office staff is a joy to work with. My apartment is beautiful and feels more like a home than just a rental. Thanks, Union Flats, for making me feel so welcome Let me mention affordable and safety is everything.

|Recommended: YesQuiet And Comfortable — This is my first apartment in a complex. I was always hesitant because of noise but Union Flats has proven my worries wrong. The community is well kept and quiet. The apartment is just wonderful and all the staff I have the pleasure of meeting are just great I would definitely recommend to friends or family looking for an apartment.

|Recommended: YesUnion Flats Have Been Amazing — This apartment complex is great all around. The staff here from the property staff to the maintenance staff has been caring and kind. They are quick to help solve our problems. This location is great for convenience when it comes to stores and restaurants. The gym is nice when you’re looking for a quick workout focused with dumbbells and cables. The 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom is the perfect size for our little family and it has felt very homey. There’s been one con for me, and it’s the quality of the paint in our place - I believe this is something that can be easily fixed and hasn’t been a huge bother. Just noticed how it takes our lamp’s heat.

|Recommended: YesImpressive — From the moment we met Marissa and saw the apartment, we knew we wanted to live here The layout of the apartment, the materials used, and the office and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful We had a few issues that were addressed and fixed immediately. We’ve gotten gifts left at the door thank you so much and can walk to the pool and the gym which is such a treat Overall, impressive

|Recommended: YesLeaving But Happy I Lived Here — After spending a year living at Union Flats, I am leaving to move closer to family. Union Flats has great amenities, friendly staff, and very nice apartments that are a steal for the cost. It is hard to find apartments as nice as Union Flats and I only have great things to say about my experience.
