|Recommended: YesBeyond Affordable Quality — Since day 1 Union Flats has been nothing short of quality service. The apartments are luxurious and comfy. The area feels very safe on top of the extra security each building provides. The location is next to everything from grocery stores to restaurants to malls and extracurricular activities. I drive all over this area for work and traffic is never an issue. The walls are very solid and i barely hear anyone above us. The pool is clean and wonderful and even has a fire pit that is accessible for the residents to use. There is free wifi by the pool which shows the little details that go above and beyond. The gym is better than any other gym apartments in the surrounding area offers and all of the equipment is brand new. Last but not least the staff is wonderful. Stephanie and Perry are who I mainly have had to work with and they are amazing, they set the bar for reliable and accommodating leasing agents while always having a smile on their face. If you are looking for somewhere to live look no further. Anywhere else will be subpar compared to Union Flats.

|Recommended: YesFinally An Apartment That Caters To Their Tenants — I have to say one of the first things I noticed was how responsive Stephanie was from our emails to initial meeting. She was friendly, warm and inviting without being aggressive and pushy. The construction between floors is concrete so I never hear my neighbors which I love. They are a pet friendly community and even though I know my neighbors have dogs I can never hear them. I thing this is the best quality you will get in this neighborhood and its a really convienient location. What I enjoy the most is hearing what is happening around town via weekly emails and they have multiple community events. I am new to the area and so its nice to see all the things to do and have ways to meet new ppl.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful And Incredibly Well Built — The apartment is beautiful and the construction is first class down to the smallest details. The pool is very nice and kept very clean. Maintenance was quick and efficient - and only needed so far for help removing shower heads so we could put on our own shower massage.
There was a couple of rough bad parts about moving here - getting used to a high efficiency washer and, of course, MOVING.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments And Management — Perry and Stephanie are great people. They are the manager and assistant manager and will go out of their way to help you. I recommend Union Flats to anyone in the Mechanicsburg, PA area. Also, Cameron is the maintenance guy, but you'd think he is one of the office managers. He's just as awesome as Perry and Stephanie. He keeps the grounds clean. The landscaping is next to perfect and the salt water pool is a very relaxing and great place to meet your neighbors.

The staff here is amazing They are friendly and help you with anything you might need. |Recommended: YesOne Of The Best Places To Live In Mechanicsburg — I have been living at Union Flats for a few months now, and it is by far one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. Not only are the facilities gorgeous, but the staff is super helpful and will bend over backwards to help with anything I have lived at another establishment in Mechanicsburg and Union Flats is far superior. I knew this would be an amazing place to live when I saw the entire staff outside shoveling out resident's cars BY HAND during a snow storm. You won't see that anywhere else When they say they love their residents, they mean it, and you can tell by how wonderful it is here.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Community For A Great Price — This is my first apartment, and the process couldn't have been any smoother. The location is great, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are plenty of amenities, and the community is well taken care of.
|Recommended: YesLove It — Love the community and the staff, the construction is a bit annoying but honestly moving into a new community thats what I would expect. Also, the cable on the living room wall for the tv is very unattractive and really kills the aesthetics of the apartment.
|Recommended: YesThe Proerty Is Prestine , Very Well Done, I Think When Everything Is Done Landscaping Ect, This Complex Will Look Exceptional.. — I would say , first and foremost the staff, Perry and Stephanie have surpassed every expectation, they are always very upbeat, and very responsive to any issues that I have had, I love all of the amenities Union Flats has to offer, and the area is busting at the seems with shopping restaurants , this is truly a great place to call home, there is a lot of diversity here at Union Flats, people are very friendly, so I would say if your looking for a great place to live stop by and talk to Perry Stephanie I guarantee they will make you feel right at home, they are great people
