|Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Live — I have ben here 10 months and can't wait to renew my lease. The apartments are beautiful and the staff are always kind and courteous. Any problems I have had are handled quickly and without issue. I have rated everything 5 stars except for the noise. I can hear all of my neighbors around me but then it is an apartment. I don't expect to NOT hear them.

|Recommended: YesExtremely Welcoming Community — I moved here for a temporary work assignment, originally from Minnesota, and Union Flats could not have done a better job at making me feel right at home. Their service and amenities are incredible, and the location is really good as well. The friendliness of the staff and neighbors is the winning factor for this place A great place to live at any stage in life

|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here — I have been living here for a little over a month. I have a one bedroom and I find that it is perfect for my needs. For a one bedroom apartment there is ample storage, and the walk in closet is huge.The location of Union Flats is convenient to all of life's needs but is located far enough away from the main road so that you don't hear the traffic. The fitness center is open all of the time and I'm able to access whenever I like. The staff is wonderful. They will assist you in finding an apartment that you love.

|Recommended: YesVery Happy Community Clean And Well Taken Care Of — This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. The insulation is great, water pressure, outlet placing etc.. Everything was well thought out when they built the place. My only complaint is that the air conditioning too loud when it kicks on, but if you turn up the TV a little, it usually is fine. Appliances are beautiful and top quality. Super easy to keep clean. Really a quiet place to live, and the residents are super friendly. Summer by the pool is relaxing, and the gym is never packed. Occasionally you hear dogs barking, but it is a pet friendly community so that is perfectly okay with me

|Recommended: YesSpacious, Peaceful Living — I have lived here for a little over two months now. I am very happy with my decision to move here. The buildings are secure, there is very little foot traffic through the building, and even if there was, I wouldn't hear it because the walls are very thick. The apartment is well made, and the kitchen is my favorite. The countertops offer a lot of space and make it a joy to cook.
I would really recommend checking out this apartment for your next choice, and if you decide to come, you will not be dissapointed

I've lived in a number of apartment communities and I have never felt more comfortable than I do here. I truly feel like I moved home, not just another apartment. Thank you Steph for all that you do

|Recommended: YesI Love It Here. — I absolutely love living here The community is well maintained by the maintenance staff and the office staff is always friendly and ready to help. I relocated here from out of state and Stephanie made the application and move in process painless. The community is safe and quiet and the residents are friendly. There is a nice size dog park with toys and water for my fur baby. I thoroughly enjoy calling Union Flats my home.

|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here, For The Most Part. — My overall experience has been phenomenal. The girls in the front office are fantastic, and any time I need something, they're there to help. They're still putting up the last four buildings, so we will have to see how crowded it becomes after that. I'm sure next summer will be not as great as this one with regards to the grills and the pool, because there will be a massive amenity to person ratio, but hopefully I will still be able to get in the gym at that point. May have to go down the road to LA fitness. Kitchen floors scuff very easily, and I noticed dents and nicks in them after the first few days being here. Single bedroom units are nicely divided, and it really is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesSafe And Nice Apartment Complex — I'm new to this area and I wanted to find a place that was safe, had apartments in a working condition, staff that was reliable, and not that far from grocery stores and shopping areas. Union flats fit all those necessities. The apartments are brand new so you know the apartments are up to date and not broken. It has a gym, pool, fire pit, pool game, and a business area for printing needs. The staff is responsive to any questions and concerns that I have and are there to help me. The other residents are nice and I feel safe in the apartment complex during the day and night. Overall I' would say I'm happy living here.

|Recommended: YesBest Place I've Lived — Seeing how management cares for the property and its tenants, they clearing take pride in their work. Starting with the initial tour, through the application process, to well beyond moving in, management has been nothing but enthusiastic and helpful. I haven't lived in such a great place before and I doubt I'll find such a place in the future
